Responsibility
- operate various types of equipment including but not limited to air compressors, sanders, and other related tools
- install roofing materials and materials to be installed by the end of the week
- maintain the job site and equipment daily
- follow directions from the Supervisor and or Lead Technician
- work in a safe manner to maintain a safe working environment
- other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead Technician
Requirements
- proven experience as a roofer/laborer/maintenance person
- familiarity with general roofing materials and installation methods
- working knowledge of tools and measuring devices
- ability to lift heavy objects and work on feet for long periods of time
- good physical condition and stamina
- high school diploma or equivalent; Trade school certification is a plus
