Responsibility

  • managing Director
  • staff must log all concerns in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • supporting service users with their meals and the provision of beverages
  • where required, assisting the individuals we support with personal care this will involve supporting individuals with dressing and undressing and assisting with all toilet and continence requirements
  • contribute to the team effort and attend team meetings. Attend appraisals and supervisions
  • in the event of any safeguarding concerns staff must notify the managing director and then ensure the individual in question or their family has given their consent prior to any examination, care, treatment or support taking place and that all individuals we support are treated with respect
  • common surfaces are sanitised and cleaned regularly
  • carrying out tasks as specified in the service user’s care plan, enabling the service user to carry out as much self-care and other activities as possible to promote independence
