  • ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to clients
  • collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care for clients

Requirements

  • must be a registered nurse or have a relevant healthcare qualification for example Level 5 in Healthcare Management
  • previous experience in a CQC managerial role within the home care industry is preferred
  • strong knowledge of home care regulations and standards
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
  • proficient in computer skills, including electronic health record systems
  • compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
  • ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
