repair defective internal lighting in accommodation, mess, galley & laundry
complete PMR documentation, spares requests & end of trip report, ensuring sufficient information on spares has been provided prior to sending documents to onshore coordinators
investigate & report any customer complaints immediately & take the agreed corrective action where service gaps are identified
