Responsibility
- to act as the central point of contact for prospective foster carers, providing high levels of customer service
- to be responsible for the day to day administration for panel and assessments admin
- to Support RA’s with any issues/queries that arise throughout the day
- to drive forward the assessment process to ensure timeframes are met
- to ensure all RA’s are following the RA Workflow and offer guidance and assistance in order to meet this
- to liaise with the applicant throughout the assessment process to ensure a smooth process for them
- to be the point of contact for the Panel and Assessment team for any concerns regarding assessments
- prepare reports on regions activates weekly regarding prospective foster carer’s in the assessment pipeline
Requirements
- A good knowledge of Fostering
- A good knowledge of Social Care
- experience in a similar role
