Responsibility

  • you will work as part of a team and lone work
  • you will support service users to live independently, working person centred to meet their individual needs, promote independence and motivate
  • you will put service users at the centre of their own care and support
  • you will support service users to access meaningful activities and complete day to day living tasks such as shopping, practical tasks, environmental hygiene, medication, personal care, finances, social activities, emotional listening, supporting meaningful relationships, work, education and more

Requirements
