Responsibility

  • managing a team of 5 Data Analysts
  • providing accurate information and insight for the organisations planned maintenance and investment projects
  • think Community Partnership are exciting to be partnering with one of the Midlands' largest and most established housing associations to recruit for a Property Data Manager on a fixed term contract
  • produce reports that provide insight into the organisations asset performance
  • based within the organisations Asset Management department, as a Property Data Manager you will take full responsibility for team of Analysts who manage the organisations data on existing housing stock
  • deliver your teams findings to key stakeholders within the Asset Management department
  • provide recommendations to the Asset Management department to manage income and expenditure effectively
  • support the creation and implementation of planned maintenance strategies across the organisation
