  • manage, oversee and direct the work of staff and volunteers delivering children and youth projects at Trust Links

Responsibility

  • lead the development and implementation of Children and Young People’s Services
  • contribute to and lead on the design of new services and projects for children, young people and families
  • working with colleagues to ensure appropriate deployment of staff to deliver the projects
  • working with the Volunteer Co-ordinator, interview, recruit, induct and train volunteers to support the projects
  • ensure all activities are risk assessed
  • ensure there is effective planning of all services and activities, taking into account the views and needs of children and young people
