Responsibility

  • you will also be required to build relationships with staff and clients through marketing, phone calls, job boards and meetings
  • you will be required to screen, interview and short list potential candidates in person and over the phone
  • you must maintain accurate client and candidate records
  • you will also be responsible for staff retention
  • designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • you must have a professional attitude with excellent communication skills and be a real team player
  • sourcing and attracting candidates by use of databases, social media etc
  • you will be recruiting for services in the northwest of England, currently include Liverpool, Wirral, Lancashire

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • experience in Health & Social Care
  • enthusiasm, drive, and great communication skills
  • 360 Recruitment experience
  • confident and proactive approach to work
  • IT Competent
