Requirements
- ILM Level 2 Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills
- experience of leadership qualities
- experience in delivering supervision, coaching or mentoring
- experience of working with people with mental health difficulties
- leadership skills
- experience of working within Therapeutic community or PIE environment
- high quality role modelling
- interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
Responsibility
- to promote high levels of resident participation in service development and implementation
- to undertake, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities as reasonably compatible with this job description and its objectives
- to support the Service Manager and Community Psychotherapist with new referrals by assisting with assessments, team presentations and reports
- to take the lead in co-ordinating everyday administrative duties including writing up handovers, completing medication records, and various residents focused reports
- contribute to / attend reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings
- to supervise and oversee administrative aspects of running of the service such as Medication Management, Health and Safety, Petty Cash, Staff Movement Returns etc
- undertake training and professional development appropriate to the role, and in agreement with the Service Manager
- assisting Service Manager with the daily operation of the service
