Responsibility
- to undertake risk assessments of the service user, including the care environment and all equipment
- to observe the confidentiality of service users and staff at all times
- to undertake alternative weekend on call duties on a rota basis
- to attend regular meetings within the office and care teams
- to routinely attend service user reviews as requested by the care manager
- to set new care packages in line with company and regulatory requirements to ensure that they are ready for service delivery
- assess, reassess and amend service user risk assessments and care assessment, acting upon changes which have been reported to the office
