occasional Saturdays for training, at least four a year and up to eight days
this new role will form part of the Operations Team working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, deputising in the leadership and the line management of the Operations Team and supporting systems changes and improvements to drive operational efficiency and enable growth
additional two days given after two years service
responsible to: Operations Manager
work Base: Office-based role at Trigate, 210-222 Hagley Road West, B68 0NP
monday – Friday – 7.5 hours per day between 9am and 5pm. Some on call responsibilities on a rota between 6am – 10pm
managing complaints including the escalation process and ensuring that responses and investigations are dealt with in line with company policies
Requirements
relevant Qualifications
A graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher or other relevant, customer service-related qualification and training
management or leadership training
relevant experience
experience working in a similar professional services setting, i.e., within the Courts, Solicitors, or within an organisation providing professional services
experience Extensive experience of managing staff and own workload
