- manage and prioritise the backlog of tasks, enhancements, bugs, and new features, making informed recommendations for the next steps
- provide regular reports on ticket status, detailing the progress of development and the outcomes achieved
- identify and highlight features with high value, relevance, or potential for customer impact, which warrant special attention and communication
- effectively manage critical project delivery tasks, ensuring the team remains focused on meeting deadlines efficiently and effectively

Requirements
- proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within an agile software development environment
- familiarity with Kanban methodologies and the principles of agile project management
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams
- strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency in project management tools and software
