  • reports to work as scheduled, well groomed, and ready to be in position.·
  • provides excellent customer service & the highest standards of food service. ·
  • ensure all food is served in a timely manner and to the specified standards & portion sizes
  • maintain the highest Food Safety standards & cleanliness in the kitchen
  • ensure daily temperature checks are taken
  • when on duty, ensure all deliveries are received correctly, quality checked, temperatures noted, and any amendments are logged correctly
  • ensure completion of all daily due diligence forms and deep cleaning, following safe cleaning procedures and using appropriate chemicals & PPE.·
