- ensure all food is served in a timely manner and to the specified standards & portion sizes
- maintain the highest Food Safety standards & cleanliness in the kitchen
- ensure daily temperature checks are taken
- when on duty, ensure all deliveries are received correctly, quality checked, temperatures noted, and any amendments are logged correctly
- ensure completion of all daily due diligence forms and deep cleaning, following safe cleaning procedures and using appropriate chemicals & PPE.·
