Responsibility
- to support the kitchen team before, during and after kitchen service, ensuring a smooth operation
- to maintain clean, hygienic and safe standards within kitchen areas
- to supply the highest level of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in the back areas
- to provide an efficient, clean and organised wash-up cycle of crockery, cutlery and other goods in the wash-up areas
- to assist in the provision of a safe working environment in the kitchen, wash up area and back of house areas
- to assist with the acceptance and storage of deliveries and that all relevant company procedures are adhered to
- to wear the full and correct uniform at all times, whether in the public eye or in back of house areas
- to understand how the company’s Health & Safety Policy relates to you
