• as a Workshop Controller for Swansway, you’ll work with the Aftersales Manager to deliver a high level of productivity and an excellent standard of first-time repair, while making sure you always maintain a clean, safe and professional workshop

• answer incoming telephone calls to the site, using questioning techniques to ascertain requirements and transfer callers to appropriate colleagues where necessary
• to carry out any administration tasks as required within the role
