Responsibility
- provide first line technical support & establish good working relationships with customers
- logging and processing support calls and maintaining a planned job diary
- work on a variety of IT projects as set by your line manager
- proactively monitor, maintain computer systems and networks utilising internal toolsets
- configure new equipment, workstations, laptops, and servers for use by customers
- work on administrative hosted platforms such as MS Office 365, Unifi, Kaseya & Zabbix
- shadow current technicians on customer site visits for proactive and reactive work
- review and update existing technical and procedural documentation
