- appointment setting ideally an average of 5 per week
- identifying opportunities for the internal team to tender for business
- meet or exceed sales targets to unlock monthly Uncapped Commission
Requirements
- previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- excellent communication skills
- strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
