Responsibility

  • you need to be computer literate and have experience with office365 and ideally SAGE software systems
  • maintain existing and build new relationships with their valued clients by telephone and email, progressing orders, handling new enquiries and fulfilling customer requests to help generate new orders

Requirements

  • you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and some experience working in a customer focused office environment would be preferred
  • sustainability is high on their agenda so a background in working with LED lighting products would be a distinct advantage, and an interest in energy efficiency, recycling and sustainability is essential
