Responsibility

  • arranging and Managing Events - Assisting in the planning and execution of in-person events, ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish
  • scheduling Online Events - Taking charge of arranging and scheduling online events such as webinars and private member sessions
  • communication - Keeping our community informed and engaged through regular communication and updates about upcoming events and relevant industry news
  • sales Support - Providing support to the sales team by assisting with lead generation, customer relationship management, and utilising CRM systems
  • arranging Guest Speakers - Inviting industry experts and influential speakers to share their knowledge and insights during our events. Including arranging guests for podcast interviews
  • community Management - Acting as a community manager, maintaining regular check-ins with members, and address any questions or concerns. Help to nurture and expand our community by fostering meaningful connections and relationships among members
  • content Creation - Assisting in creating compelling content to promote upcoming events, including captivating email campaigns, social media posts, and other promotional materials

Requirements

  • 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
  • outgoing personality with excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • strong IT literacy, including proficiency in using various software and tools
  • familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and experience utilising them for sales support
  • ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • possession of a valid driving licence for occasional travel to locations such as Dundee, Fife, or other designated areas
