- proven management experience within a childcare setting
- strong leadership abilities with excellent organisational skills
- experience working with children, ideally with background in childcare or early childhood education
- knowledge of nursery regulations, health & safety standards, and child protection policies, EYFS and Ofsted
- valid driving licence with the ability to travel between nursery locations if required
- childcare qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent are highly desirable
- passionate about child development and creating a nurturing environment for young children
- will need a DBS and references
Responsibility
