Responsibility
- diagnose and troubleshoot faults on air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF systems, split units, and chillers, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions
- perform system upgrades and component replacements as necessary
- collaborate with customers to explain faults, recommend solutions, and provide expert advice on system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
- offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to support their development and ensure high-quality work across the team
- provide comprehensive information on system faults and required remedial works to the office team, allowing accurate quotes for replacement parts and equipment
- conduct routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal system performance, proving accurate and timely customer reports through our service management software worksheets
- ensure compliance with health and safety precautions and best practices, including conducting risk assessments for health, safety, and access issues prior to commencing work
