Responsibility
- lay bricks or stones to build walls, arches, and other structures
- cut and trim bricks using hand or power tools
- mix mortar or grout and spread it onto bricks using trowels
- repair existing brickwork or masonry structures
- ensure structures are level and aligned correctly
- work on various projects such as residential buildings, commercial properties, or outdoor landscaping features
Requirements
- proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role
- proficient in bricklaying techniques and masonry work
- knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and their applications
- ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- familiarity with a range of tools including power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment
- physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- bricklaying: 3 years
