Responsibility
- manage and resolve any production issues to balance the best-interest of the company with that of the client
- to report to the Managing Director on all new sales enquires, and any product development required for new and existing clients
- to be responsible for the accurate compilation of new product quotations and critical paths in line with client enquiries and briefs
- organise and schedule meetings to facilitate new product development in line with sales enquires, for new and existing clients
- act as the main point of contact across a portfolio of client accounts, building a strong engagement with key stakeholders within these accounts
- be responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts and for the effective and efficient delivery of our high-quality service and products
- to be responsible for customer re-orders and reviewing costings
- to project manage with all internal departments, clients and any other 3rd parties to ensure that high quality samples and finished products are delivered to the client on time
