Responsibility
- the Operations Manager will work closely with the CEO to drive the business forward
- collins Property Recruitment are seeking an Operation’s Manager to join an exceptional client who are on a mission to solve the UK housing crisis. This role will be based in South-East London, SE11
- prioritise conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- there are currently 8 million people in the UK that need housing and my client’s objective is to provide them with the best quality homes possible
- ensure the maintenance of clear and effective filing, records and other systems and to keep them updated
- undertake project/research work as required
- working across the whole business on new and ongoing projects in conjunction with the CEO, playing a key role in ensuring the business is on track to meet its goals
- assemble and prepare papers required by the CEO to attend meetings, prepare reports, or reply to requests for information and ensure all outcomes from meetings are completed within an agreed timeframe
