Requirements
- cutting hair to a high standard, including precision cutting and texturising techniques
- technical and creative colouring ability
- effective and thorough client consultations
- advanced Hairdressing at NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- salon experience
- the ability to blow dry to a high standard and being able to dress long hair
- experience working in a busy salon
- operating salon-appointment and point-of-sale software
