  • we are looking for a conscientious, hardworking team motivator who can provide solid leadership and who has sound knowledge of Primary Care objectives and key priorities and wants to impact patient experience
  • they will work closely with our patients winning their confidence and that of staff and commissioners
  • the post holder will be responsible for the overall management of the clinical and non-clinical team, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the practice
  • the Tilbury locality comprises of 3 practices in 3 different locations all within proximity, so successful candidate must be willing and able to work in a multisite model and ensure sustainability ensuring all practices work together in synergy
  • the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for Primary Care, quality improvement, and the ability to deliver against a programme of KPI’s and performance activity with a strong commitment to patient experience and improved health outcomes
  • as this role involves multisite management, you must be able to keep all employees on the same page in order to avoid communication breakdowns and boost morale amongst employees, encouraging teamwork
  • the post holder must be able to work in a dynamic and agile approach collaboratively and at scale within a multidisciplinary team ensuring that processes are streamlined and effective
