Responsibility
- to establish communication with appropriate decision makers within customer organisations with the objective to upsell Colleague’s product and service offerings
- to acquire and store pertinent information relating to customers
- to provide company, product and service offering information in a comprehensive and courteous manner
- to understand the customer’s system needs and objectives and to demonstrate our product offerings face-to-face or on-line
- to explain and offer all our service offerings
- to produce proposals and/or project plans to reflect all appropriate stages of a project
- to produce and negotiate quotations for supply
- to liaise with the customer and Colleague’s support & development teams to ensure their reasonable needs are met within appropriate timeframes
Requirements
- A degree education
- knowledge/experience of the Recruitment Industry
- experience with training and supporting a customer
- experience presenting in a face-to-face meeting room environment
