Responsibility
- i. Liaise with clients on a daily basis
- ii. To oversee the production team to ensure the smooth running of the team
- iii. Oversee filming shoots and interview as and when necessary
- vi. To organise production schedules
- viii. Undertake social media activities as and when needed
- ix. Liaise with television channel to schedule broadcasts
- iv. To make sure the team executes all the steps of production properly, from development to filming to the finished on-air product
- v. To hire directors, casts and crews and oversee those positions as well, making sure those employees fulfil their duties in the production process
Requirements
- A Production Manager should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or related field, along with, at least 2 years’ experience in the operation of television production services which should include two years’ supervisory experience
