Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- proven experience in project management, specifically in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment
- strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting contract documents
- exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- proficiency in project management tools and software
