  • this role is based across 6 supported living houses in and around Winton and within the community
  • it is not essential to be a driver
  • we offer competitive rates of pay and good career progression for the right candidate
  • the citizenship mentor will provide support and mentoring to adults with a learning disability so as to equip them with the skills and confidence to live as independently as possible
  • the role involves a flexible working pattern of 35 hours per week with 2-3 sleeping nights and no personal care

  • the citizenship mentor will provide assistance to individuals to reach their outcomes and increase their informal support networks and then withdraw when appropriate
