- this role is funded under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme
- the Advanced Nurse Practitioner will work across different sites as part of a thriving ANP Team consulting face to face, by telephone and online where necessary
- assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis
- you will be able to see and treat undifferentiated patient presentations, formulate a treatment plan and prescribe safely, appropriately and according to formulary and local guidelines
- you will have a passion for high quality patient care, understand the underlying causes of poor health and the anticipatory / public health agenda
- clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly b
