  • respond to new e-learning enquiries received directly through Cohort Tuition and guide the onboarding process for new customer leads
  • follow up on leads via Bark and guide the onboarding process for new customer leads
  • explore and implement different approaches for generating new customer leads, in addition to the existing platforms currently in use
  • assign online tutors to students once new lead has successfully been converted
  • liaise with the Business Support team as needed to handle enquiries from newly converted leads
  • design and create metrics utilising suitable tools to monitor and track the growth of Cohort Tuition’s online branch
  • to organise events such as Online Open Days to promote the expansion of Cohort Tuition’s Online branch
  • collaborate with the social media team to enhance awareness of Cohort Tuition’s online branch

Education

  • experience in sales, preferably B2C
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • excellent knowledge of Google applications
  • should have the capability to critically analyse the needs of new leads
  • proven experience of managing and dealing with customers and clients
