respond to new e-learning enquiries received directly through Cohort Tuition and guide the onboarding process for new customer leads
follow up on leads via Bark and guide the onboarding process for new customer leads
explore and implement different approaches for generating new customer leads, in addition to the existing platforms currently in use
assign online tutors to students once new lead has successfully been converted
liaise with the Business Support team as needed to handle enquiries from newly converted leads
design and create metrics utilising suitable tools to monitor and track the growth of Cohort Tuition’s online branch
to organise events such as Online Open Days to promote the expansion of Cohort Tuition’s Online branch
collaborate with the social media team to enhance awareness of Cohort Tuition’s online branch
Education
experience in sales, preferably B2C
excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
excellent knowledge of Google applications
should have the capability to critically analyse the needs of new leads
proven experience of managing and dealing with customers and clients
Requirements
excellent oral, communication and interpersonal skills
demonstrate resilience and the ability to handle rejection whilst being adaptable and maintaining composure
high degree of organisational skills and awareness
ability to work independently with support from the management team
