Responsibility
- to assist in the annual external year-end audit and liaise appropriately with the external auditors and engage relevant stakeholders
- action correspondence, emails, phone calls as required and support the management of the client relationship and expectation of our stakeholders
- to undertake such other duties of a similar nature from time to time as required by the SEN Finance & Data Manager or the Head of Finance
- contribute to departmental efficiency and effectiveness by continually reviewing processes, implementing changes where appropriate and updating procedure documentation as necessary, pro-actively supporting colleagues, enabling overall change so that best practice compliance, service level agreements and regulatory requirements are met
- responsible for the supporting the Company financial functions
- credit control from onboarding suppliers to payments
- responsible for promoting and guiding financial governance to the Business Support Team around SEN Finance processes
