brand manager

Requirements

  • proven experience in a digital content role, ideally within a premium lifestyle or the speciality coffee sector
  • strong creative vision and ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to brief and deliver impactful campaigns
  • work closely with the Operations team to continuously enhance the at-home coffee experience, from packaging to delivery
  • commercially minded with expertise in metrics, analytics, and data-driven insights
  • conduct customer surveys to gather insights and implement improvements that elevate the Origin experience
  • exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and copywriting skills, a keen eye for detail and Origin’s visual aesthetic
  • partner with the Head of Ecommerce to refine the user experience across Origin’s website and app, ensuring a seamless and on-brand digital journey

Responsibility

  • work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to build a content strategy which supports Origin Loyalty 2.0
  • ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand pillars consistently
  • oversee the weekly newsletter content plan for both campaigns and flows. Monitoring performance and looking at ways to optimise
  • lead the development of engaging digital campaigns that align with Origin’s storytelling goals and brand pillars

technician

Requirements

  • previous experience in a technical, mechanical, or electrical repair role
  • experience working with speciality coffee machines
  • strong problem-solving skills with an ability to diagnose faults and repair machinery
  • good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads
  • ability to follow technical manuals and use diagnostic tools
  • basic knowledge of stock control and parts management
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • practical communication skills to liaise with colleagues and managers

Responsibility

  • assist with stock control, ensuring the right parts and tools are always available
  • contribute to improving workshop processes and efficiency
  • provide remote technical support to field technicians when required

graphic designer

Requirements

  • line management experience, with a background in mentoring more junior members of the team
  • A collaborative and confident communicator who can work across teams and is also confident to manage upwards
  • strong conceptual and craft skills across brand identity, editorial, packaging, and digital
  • expert in Adobe Creative Suite ; Figma and motion/After Effects a plus
  • experience designing for both print and digital mediums
  • excellent typography, composition, and layout skills
  • A strategic thinker who can connect visual design to brand positioning and commercial goals
  • calm under pressure, with strong project management and attention to detail

Responsibility

  • lead the design direction for campaigns, from seasonal coffee launches to brand moments, internal initiatives, and sustainability storytelling

Requirements

  • experience managing a speciality coffee or hospitality venue
  • financial fluency across P&L, COGS, labour and forecasting
  • skilled in people management, coaching and team development
  • strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
  • familiar with digital tools and Office 365
  • experience in B Corp business or purpose-led environments is a plus
