Responsibility
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their design and digital needs
- managing the client relationships through effective communication, responding to requests and problem solving
- manage client expectations through effective communication, responding to requests and problem solving
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans that meet or exceed client requirements
- planning, managing and delivering projects
- managing budgets, invoices and PO's using our financial management system
- ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project deliverables
- representing the agency in client meetings
Requirements
- we need a confident, organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong customer service orientation
- knowledge of design and digital services and processes
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- strong organisational and time management skills
