Responsibility
lead client service review meetings, adapting messages according to participants technical capability
actively promote and maintain ITIL best practice processes and standards, including but not limited to, Incident, Problem and Change management
support alignment of Managed Services resources to projects according to business priorities and demands
develop and maintain Managed Services documentation, reports, and dashboards
support the Director, Pod Leads and Senior Service Delivery Engineer with management and analysis of SLA’s, KPI’s and performance metrics to review service performance and support the management of a continual Service Improvement Plan
management and development of Managed Services Wiki’s, documents, best practice guides and associated documentation
lead preparation of presentations for service review meetings, identify key trends and patterns in problem and incidents. Identify potential cost saving opportunities for our Managed Service clients
support the Service Management function as one of the focal points for IT Service Delivery escalations and Incident Management across all IT services
