Responsibility
- perform various landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing, weeding, pruning, and mowing
- operate garden installation equipment such as rotavators and lawn mowers
- assist with site preparation and clean-up, including loading and unloading equipment and materials
- communicate with clients to ensure their needs and preferences are met
- follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Education
- strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and equipment use
- basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- high school diploma or equivalent, additional relevant education or certification is a plus
Requirements
- full driving licence
- minimum 2 years of experience in landscape gardening, ideally on new build sites
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- physically fit and able to perform strenuous manual labor for extended periods of time
