- organising meetings with clients about their needs
- monitoring and reporting on sales performance
- raising and tracking quotes and invoices
Requirements
- proven experience as an account manager, sales manager, relationship manager or related is preferred
- degree in business, marketing, or similar
- we support a variety of our clients from established businesses to Start-Ups, throughout Construction, Tech, Biometrics, and the Aviation industry
- confident managing multiple clients and projects
- confident working closely with all teams across the businesses
- customer service experience with ability to increase customer engagement
- approachable, with great interpersonal skills
- able to balance client expectations with the needs and capabilities of the team and company
