Working hours

Responsibility

  • cocksedge are an award-winning building contractor operating throughout East Anglia
  • we deliver high quality construction projects across education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors
  • general office support such as dealing with telephone and email enquiries, arranging appointments and stock-take and ordering of office supplies
  • liaise and update staff on office procedures
  • administrative support for commercial department, such as preparation of purchase orders and collation of invoices
  • due to a pipeline of secured projects we are seeking a professional and personable Office and Project Administrator to assist our construction management teams based in our Norwich Office
  • processing and updating site induction portals and document control for health and safety procedures
  • project Document Control, such as printing, photocopying and binding, updating and issue of drawing and document registers to internal and external project team members

Requirements

  • experience of a similar administrative or organisational role
  • construction industry experience preferred but not essential
  • good communication, organisation and time-keeping skills
  • ability to multitask within a team with a professional manner
