- seeking an experienced Book Keeper with excellent knowledge of Xero, a positive attitude and good communication skills. We are a growing business with an exciting future
- this is a permanent full time position 9am -5pm Monday – Friday. Based at our Christchurch HQ, reporting directly to the Finance Manager
- complete the bank reconciliation
Requirements
- excellent working knowledge of Xero minimum of 2 years’ experience
- experience of using Xero Purchase Orders to provide Project Costing
- accurate data entry skills
- demonstrable experience in invoice finance and mechanics of day to day management of the facility
- excellent communication skills
- highly organised, detail driven and effective user and improver of processes
- experience of Credit Control
- bookkeeping: 2 years
