Responsibility
- provide support and assistance to Strategic Account Managers by attending broker meetings and supporting them on any queries or issues
- understand and build strong relationships Network Members in your area
- nurture relationships with Panel insurers, whilst getting to know their products and services
- reaching out to new business prospects and taking ownership of developing new business opportunities
- attending network events, conferences, and roadshows
- working closely with existing strategic account managers with input on book of business and identifying new business opportunity
- managing, maintaining, and enhancing the prospect database and supplying data lists to marketing
- telephone and email follow up of prospect and member mail activity
Requirements
- insurance Industry experience is desirable, particularly in a sales or development role
- experience in an FCA regulated industry
- knowledge of commercial business including commercial combined and property classes
- excellent communication skills
- experience of working in a fast passed highly effective sales & service team
- problem-solver with a can-do attitude and positive approach always
- tangible achievements with experience in reaching business objectives
- team player
