  • we are currently recruiting for two Multi-Skilled Electricians to join our electrical team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of electrical equipment up to nominal low voltage on all Valleys to Coast and associated properties
  • you will ensure that all activities undertaken are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in accordance with BS 7671 and the organisation’s policies and procedures
  • therefore, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as reasonably practicable
  • we are looking for a multi-skilled electrician; you will also be expected to be reasonably competent in other complimentary trade disciplines. You will be expected to use these complimentary skills on a regular basis, as and when directed
  • this role will require you to be available and respond promptly to emergency call outs on a rota’d basis as and when required. You will also need a full driving licence, preferably with minimal or no endorsements

  • this role will require you to be available to emergency call outs on a rota’d basis as and when required
  • ideally you will have experience in asbestos removal of under cloak, shed roofs and soffits

  • we are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Roofer to effectively and efficiently undertake general maintenance roofing works, including but not limited to large scale pitched roof refurbishments, flat roofing and chimney stack demolitions on Valleys to Coast housing stock and other properties
  • working independently or as part of a team, you will ensure that all activities are carried out to high standards and in accordance with existing legislation and the organisation's policies and procedures
