- prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks
- provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience
- maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment maintenance and cleaning
- follow NSF food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- continuously learn and educate yourself on the latest coffee industry trends and techniques

Requirements
- previous barista or coffee industry experience is preferred, but not required
- customer service
- passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a desire to learn and grow in the coffee industry
- hospitality
- the ability to dial in and brew a range of espresso and filter coffee
- the ability to work quickly, calmly and efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- barista experience
