Responsibility
- field Service Engineer

- respond promptly and effectively to requests from the Service Desk to attend customer sites
- assist with customer training requirements
- provide technical telephone support to all customers and staff
- assist customers and colleagues with problems that arise offering practical and appropriate solutions
- deal professionally, competently, and courteously with customers, suppliers and colleagues in verbal and written communications
- maintain individual skills and technical knowledge to Company standards
Requirements
- completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- experience within a service role previously would be ideal
- FMCG - Food / Packaging / Pharmaceutical / Drinks manufacturing experience would be desirable
- attention to detail
- ability to use initiative and problem solve
