Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for the following
  • ordering and Stock Management
  • updating paperwork
  • controlling the food preparation process and any other relative activities
  • constructing menus and daily specials with new or existing creations ensuring variety and quality
  • oversee and lead a kitchen team
  • recently awarded the Best Pub in Suffolk at the Pub and Bar awards 2023, located just outside of Woodbridge, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef at the Coach & Horses. You will be the first in command in the kitchen
  • recruitment and development of your kitchen team
