  • read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation of plumbing systems
  • assemble pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures using hand and power tools
  • inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
  • collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems
  • provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions

Requirements

  • proven experience as a plumber or completion of an apprenticeship program
  • basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling pipes
  • ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes
  • plumbing: 5 years
