Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, assisting them with Windows Server-related issues and inquiries
  • troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
  • perform system upgrades, installations, and configurations on Windows Server platforms
  • collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical problems, and solutions in our support ticketing system
  • assist in creating and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • provide exceptional customer service by delivering clear and concise instructions to clients in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements

  • proven experience in a 1st line support or help desk role, with a strong understanding of Windows Server environments
  • proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • A customer-centric attitude with a genuine passion for helping clients overcome challenges
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, are a plus
