Responsibility
- act as main liaison with Pearson on all qualification provision matters
- head of Centre and quality nominee of CNet as a Pearson BTEC Centre
- oversee Pearson Standards Verification visits
- oversee all third-party quality audits
- oversee managed IT services, cyber security, and digital transformation
- manage the environmental and quality management system including hosting Standards certification audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and EcoVadis Certification
- liaise and advise managers as required relating to contracts and agreements including meeting with customers or suppliers as required
- assist with ESFA, OFSTED and all other requirements and contracts where necessary to ensure compliance of the Company’s apprenticeship provision
