Responsibility

develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and setting clear performance goals
plan, create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising
develop and execute online marketplace advertising strategies, including but not limited to Amazon, Google Shopping, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms, to maximise visibility, sales, and ROI
conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats, and use this information to refine and improve marketing strategies
collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
manage and oversee the promotion, branding, and advertising efforts across all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence
