  • demonstrated success in managing and growing social media channels, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns
  • familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts
  • exceptional project management and multitasking skills to oversee various marketing initiatives simultaneously
  • demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • strong expertise in online marketplace advertising, including hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising and eBay Promoted Listings, to drive sales and optimise ad spend

Responsibility

  • collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management on various online marketplaces
  • develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and setting clear performance goals
  • plan, create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising
  • develop and execute online marketplace advertising strategies, including but not limited to Amazon, Google Shopping, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms, to maximise visibility, sales, and ROI
  • conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats, and use this information to refine and improve marketing strategies
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • manage and oversee the promotion, branding, and advertising efforts across all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence
